Our Founder
AIA, NCARB – Principal
Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB, founded Studio Y Architecture + Design with a singular vision: to create architecture that moves people. With almost three decades of experience spanning various residential, commercial, hospitality and entertainment venues, Seth brings an uncommon depth of expertise to every project.
A graduate of the University of Miami’s College of Engineering and Florida International University’s School of Architecture, Seth honed his craft at several internationally recognized firms before establishing Studio Y in 2026. His work has earned him accolades from the American Institute of Architects for both design excellence and individual honors and has been featured in multiple design publications.
Seth’s approach is rooted in the belief that great architecture emerges from the synergy between creative vision and rigorous technical discipline. He is deeply involved in every project, from the earliest site walk to the final punch list.
Our Story
Studio Y was born from a conviction that architecture should do more than shelter — it should elevate. Studio Y was founded as a boutique practice with a multi-disciplinary team of architects, interior designers, and planners who share an uncompromising commitment to excellence and to meeting the needs of every client.
Our portfolio spans the southeastern United States, with projects ranging from luxury private residences to large-scale mixed-use developments. What unites our work is an obsessive attention to materiality, proportion, and the human experience of space.
What Drives Us
Studio Y is rooted in the belief that success is based on multiple fronts; from design achievements to personal growth and mentorship. Seth D. Yeslow, AIA, NCARB, has practiced this creed throughout his career, from earning awards for design excellence to individual honors as well as featured speaking engagements from the A.I.A., to his educational contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University’s School of Architecture since 2010.
The obligation to give back to the profession is reflected in the actions of not just our Principal but permeates throughout the entire staff of Studio Y, where staff members serve as educational instructors, volunteer with charitable and other non-profit organizations, and are active members of the architecture community.
